Satellite Centers

Satellite Centers are research laboratories that have a deep level of engagement with the NRTDP. Students, postdoctoral associates, and staff at these sites receive in-person training in top down proteomics, utilize cloud-based data analysis systems, and NRTDP staff collaboratively develop custom solutions to their on-going programs.

A unique facility in United States and funded by the National Science Foundation, the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory (MagLab) has the highest stored–powered magnets and features a 21 Tesla FT ICR MS instrument dedicated substantially to top down proteomics run in targeted and discovery modes.
